When you use the proposal form or contact Branflow directly, you may voluntarily provide:
- your name, email, phone number and contact details;
- information about your business or project;
- estimated budget, timing and requirements;
- the content of your communications.
Technical information
Hosting and security providers may temporarily process technical data such as IP address, browser, date, time, requested page and error logs to deliver the website, prevent abuse and maintain reliability.
Purposes
Information is used only to:
- respond to inquiries and prepare proposals;
- evaluate, engage and deliver projects;
- provide communication and support;
- protect the website and comply with legal obligations.
Legal basis and consent
Processing may rely on your voluntary request, pre-contractual steps, performance of an agreement, legal obligations or legitimate interests recognized by applicable law. Where consent applies, you may withdraw it without affecting valid prior processing.
Retention
Information is retained only for as long as necessary to respond, assess or deliver the project, meet legal obligations and resolve potential disputes. You may request deletion when no obligation justifies continued retention.
Providers and international transfers
Branflow may use email, hosting, form processing, storage, domain, project management and development providers. The proposal form uses FormSubmit to deliver each request to Branflow’s email. These providers receive only the information needed for their function and may operate from other countries under their own safeguards.
No sale of personal data
Branflow does not sell or rent personal data and does not use proposal information for third-party advertising campaigns.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information, access, correction, updating, deletion, objection or restriction. A request must reasonably allow verification that you are the relevant data subject.
Security
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. Please report any suspected incident to the contact email.
Children
Branflow services are intended for people able to enter into contracts or their authorized representatives. Information from children is not knowingly requested.
