Train tomove better.

Strength, mobility and capacity in coached sessions that meet you where you are. No impossible choreography. No training blind.

Person training strength with a kettlebell in a spacious studio
Technique first. Intensity when it belongs.

How a session feels

Change the focus and see how preparation, practice and work share the time. Every block has a purpose.

Build a base that lasts.45–50 min

Good training does not make you guess.

Before load goes up, we agree on what you are training, what a useful repetition looks like and when it is time to stop.

Arrive as you are

We check energy, discomfort and experience. The session does not assume your day went perfectly.

Practise with intent

You get one clear cue and an option you can execute without losing the purpose of the movement.

Leave with a reference

You record load, range or pace so your next session starts with information rather than memory.

Choose by what you want to train, not by a label.

Every class has options. A level describes the session, not your worth or experience.

Coaching that watches how you move.

Coaching combines three specialities to adjust technique, range and effort without losing sight of your goal.

Strength and technique

Teaches patterns, adjusts loads and keeps progression understandable. Corrects what changes the movement, not every detail by habit.

Mobility and control

Builds ranges you can use with strength. Adapts positions when pain, fear or a known limitation is present.

Conditioning

Regulates intervals, rests and complexity so effort is challenging without allowing technique to unravel.

With an injury or clinical condition, we coordinate training with your health professional's guidance. We do not replace medical care.

Before your first class.

Can I come if I have never trained?

Yes. Base, Active range and Engine 45 have options for beginners. Tell us about your experience when booking so we can prepare an appropriate version.

What should I bring?

Clothes you can move in, comfortable shoes and water. The studio provides session equipment.

What if I have an injury?

Describe it before booking. If you are receiving treatment, we need your professional's guidance. Training can be adapted, but it does not replace diagnosis or rehabilitation.

How do cancellations work?

Cancellations and rescheduling follow the terms shown at confirmation. Review them before payment.

Does the membership renew automatically?

Start does not renew. Any monthly renewal requires explicit consent and must show its date and amount before confirmation.

Is the studio accessible?

Add any access, bathroom or adaptive-equipment requirement to your request so it is recorded before you choose a session.

Not sure where to begin?

Tell us what you want to recover, learn or sustain. We will point you towards a class without turning the conversation into a medical assessment.
